Connect the pump directly to the boost sensor, with nothing else connected. If the pressure falls off, then you have a leak.

......yeah i understand ..i dont must fil the complete system ..only the sensor himself and the sensor MUST hold the pressure :rockbanana

.. i fitted the new walbro this day , this pump was so long i think it is easyer to put a Truck in a needle-hole  but i had it .

When you set the 100% you should set it at 30-32psi.
Than it dont must be a (0%)-Figure or a ( minus %) Figure :?:

No, when you've set the 100% position you will have:

0% sucking on the sensor

14% at atmospheric pressure

100% at 32psi.

just i setted the 100% , i hope i have about 32 psi because i have only a Bicycle Airpump with a shit manometer

and my boost gauge ( Racimex up to 1,5bar /22psi) say other pressures as the Airpumpmanometer

and now i have following numbers:

atmospere pressure 21% now instead of 14% before( left Number = 4600)

Number in the middle is = 7600

100% (about 32psi , i hope) right number is =18642

can it be that i have take to high pressure and this is the result is the 21% instead 14% :?:

Or all is normal and ok ?

Its possible that i make mistakes with the 100% pressure , bacause i dont know what i have exactly

make that every with HP or torque ( around the rpm Scala later or early ?)

Well you'll soon find out when you go to map it. A plastic syringe is the best way to pump a small volume of air into the sensor. I guess you could also use this to "suck" on the sensor, never thought of that before....

Hi There,
When I pump air into the sensor, my power commander reads 100% @ 15psi, what was the fix for this? I would like to see 21Psi @100% Dyno day coming real soon.

Previous post.....When Tony (Kllrvet) has identified a small problem with the boost sensor above 19psi. The sensor outputs up to 7 volts but the PC only recognizes up to 5v. Stay tuned and we'll sort out a fix.

.....

I think the drawings of the resistors, went with the server move, any info greatly appreciated.

You need to reset the "throttle" positions in the PC software.

Yep tried that,

Think Ive tried just about everything,
Also when I bring up the Rest throttle position sensor window,
Theres no arrows next to the open, closed , numbers.
Down loaded latest program, reset commander etc.

will keep looking on the net for a bit,
Cheers anyway,

The resistor diagram is fixed in the installation thread, that should sort you out.

Hey Nice going Lorcan,

Worked a treat,
Dyno next Thursday, will post the map, and HP etc.
Hope to beat the 126 hp standard, now it has the 810, t25, 310cc, 1100 throttle bodies etc etc.

Cheers JB
