PC3 map

Post by GPzephyr »

Ok folks, heres my PC3 Map.
Engine spec is currently 810cc, 2" transfer pipe, open exhaust, ported head + inlets, GPz1100 TB's, Garrett T25. Stock FPR (36psi)
Injectors are Bosch 0280-150-420, flow is supposed to be 304cc.
Race mode of course with no resistors. Sucked hard on tube when setting up so I could map the PC for good drivability on the road when off boost (this is primarily a street bike). 100% is set for 30psi so 16/17psi is adjusted in the 60% range.

Yes, *.djm = USB, *.map = serial.

Looks good Zeph, what's it like on the road? :banana

it runs nicely, about 14:1 off boost and drops to 12.5:1 at 10psi and 11.8:1 at 15psi.
Off boost could probably go a bit leaner in places but its pretty much in the right ballpark

But for those trying this map bear in mind that even if you run the same spec, you'll probably need some further adjustments simply because every bike has its differences.

Hmm. He might have a problem understanding how to setup the PC on a turbo then.

The 60% = 17psi (ish)
and 100% = 30psi

I did it this way because at the time I figured out that I might be taking the bike to the drag strip and would run some race fuel.

I could remap it so 100% = 20psi which might be better on the road but in all honesty I find the resolution is fine at the present setting.

Hi all, you know i fitted 350cc inj. this winter (instead of my last year 286cc)

i think now the bike is to rich , what is the best AFR for idle (0-1000rpm) and 1000-1500rpm .

have anyone a "beginning"-map with using 350cc inj.?

Idle should be around 14-16:1.

You could do worse than use my 370cc injector map, assuming you have 810cc and stock fuel pressure (36psi running).

I'll have a look at your map too, Lorc, if I may.
Is it on here somewhere? I'll probably have to re-create it for the pc5 but I'll compare.

How about the map for the t-25 with 310cc, do you know where that one is... Right now I have zephyr's map for 304 cc but it is running too rich as I have 315 cc injectors
