What kind of fuel are you running? Also I think "1sam1 "was using stock pistons 738 cc.,and you are using 810cc,that would make his map a little lean for your purpose.
I've tried growing up, it just doesn't work for me, so I'll go on enjoying my childhood.

Correct!

As has been repeated here ad nauseum:

1) USE RACE FUEL ABOVE 15PSI. By all means use pump fuel above 15psi but if you do so you are on your own. You will need accurate fuelling, perfect motor preparation and intercooling.

2) BUILD YOUR OWN PC MAP. It is NOT NOT NOT safe to use a map from someone else's bike! Start rich and work down.

Thank you .

I know and i understand that i must have my own map .

I hoped that this map is a good starting condition because 1sam1 have a greater Turbo and smaller Injectors than i and i hoped its rich enough .

I use only and ever Shell V-Power race 100 octan fuel .

I will make the 80 and 100% column richer before i go to dyno

presuming you didnt set 0% at a large vacuum,19psi would be @60% on your pc3 ,id increase the 60% fuelling at a guess

in fact looking at that map closer ,theres lots more taken out in the 60% column than anywhere else ,id definatly richen the whole column above say 5000 rpm as a start.

Today i made a Testdrive again .

I take my Laptop into my Tankbag a go on .......
no i have change the map in the 40-60-80-100% Column so that i have no more detonation at 22psi. :banana
Bike drive good for this provisional adjustment : Full Throttle at first gear no possible, at second gear power wheelie in the air :D , third gear very good increasing.

More at the dyno......

Hi Lorc and others.

After change my setting from 32psi=100% to 25 psi=100%

i have problems , i think i have mistake in setting.

Before change i had 145 PS and a lean A/R.( about 16:1

No i have also 145PS with A/R about 14:1

Here is the mapping i had must set 60% more !??

345ccm inj. ; Walbro 1,5 bar boost(22psi), 810 ccm

14:1 is way too weak, you should be aiming for around 11:1 at 22psi. Richen up the 60, 80 and 100% columns until it's around 10:1 then work down from there. You should always tune from a rich (safe) standpoint rather than weak (not safe).

since last dyno ( Thursday) my bike runs like shit , up to 6000 revs / 14psi the engine run good , but after this the boost wil dont go up and the engine is spitting and stutter and i heard that the popp-off is blowing up ( i think so). No Power and heavy smoking.
I think the engine is running miles !! to rich or lean so that the engine not become enough exhaust fumes to the turbo.
Here are the maps :

This map was 145 PS with 100% = 32psi:

145 PS before change , its 32psi=100%
145 PS before change , its 32psi=100%

and after also 141 PS but 100%=25psi
141 PS After change to 25=100%

i had elektrik problems during the dyno run , the power cable to the PCIII was broken . i think the PCIII no react .

With your size injectors you shouldn't need ANY positive figures in the map, they should all be minus (negative) numbers. Something is seriously wrong with the setup if you have numbers in there that big. You musn't run the bike that weak at that boost level, it will kill it (if it hasn't already).

I hope it isnt killed .
The engine starts very well and runs good up to 6000 revs.

tomorrow i will change back to 32psi and i will put on the first map . my electrik problems are ok now , nad than i see .

i hope its runs better after this .......i hope i am lucky

all -figures ???

before i had the first map i posted today i had sams map ( i posted it before weeks in this post) and with sams map i had detonation so i make more + and made it richer

TOMOROW I HOPE I POST THE POWER CURVE WITH A/R FOR THE FIRST /UPPER MAP FROM THE TODAY POST; THAN YOU CAN SEE IT WAS TO LEAN SO I MUST MAKE RICHER
what had i made wrong ?

Yes, minus figures. You've got bigger injectors, so you should be taking fuel out on the map, not putting it in. Putting large numbers in is a waste of time anyway as the stock ECU map very nearly maxes out the injector on time - I know my bike with no plus figures ran over 90% duty cycle so it's impossible to put in more than +10% as a number at high boost. Once the injector is wide open, it's wide open, no matter how big a number you add. Putting in +80 is ridiculous.

Your bike's power and fuel numbers don't match up. Either the injectors are smaller than you think, or the PC isn't working properly, or isn't wired in properly. With no power to the PC the bike shouldn't run at all, as the injectors won't fire.

Bear in mind that if the bike is misfiring due to being excessively rich, it will show as weak on the lambda. Misfire = unburnt fuel = air not consumed = excess O2 which will show as weak.

This morning :
i set the PC new
sucking 0%
atmosphere = 20%
32 psi = 100%
and i take the old mapping to the pc. =

Bike started well .

i went with bike to my work , i gave first time full throttle and the bike run best with 22 PSI( full boost) and very good power ,no problems

i gave again full throttle and the same problem engine is spitting and stutter and the warning lamp (DFI) is on .

Plugs looking good.

any ideas ?
