My name is Bert Archibald. I am buying an '84 with less than 30,000 kms. It has not been ridden in 25 years. Will be looking fot advice locating the parts necessary to get her back on the road. This is my third air-cooled Kawi. I have an '80 kz750E1 owned since new and an '82 GPZ550 which I am the second owner of. The 750 is exstensively modified , Weisco 810, Yosh cams, Kerker, 29mm smoothbores, GPZ aluminum swingarm with twin shocks, GPZ front end and rims and a Rickman fairing. The 550 is stock. The Turbo will remain stock for now
I first saw the 750 Turbo at the Laconia AMA races in 1984 with Wayne Rainey giving Demo rides, never thot I would ever get the opportunity to own one. Good times ahead.
