Hi everyone, this is my 2nd turbo, some scum bag nicked the first one.
I’ve just replaced all the hoses, fuel filter, oil filter etc.
unfortunately I didn’t realise the fuel regulator was adjustable, I thought someone had put a bolt in the bottom so I removed it when I resprayed the regulator, put it back where I thought it had originally been. No joy, now the bike either bogs out between 3k - 5k revs and doesn’t have enough power to even move out the workshop. Im not sure what gauge to use ( the crap on eBay doesn’t fill me full of confidence) I tried adjusting while running the engine and I did get it to rev better but it then took an age for the revs to come down. What pressure should I be looking at and any suggestions on the best gauge to use would be appreciated. Im guessing that should sort the issue out, I’ve not touched anything else. Thank you in anticipation

The fuel pressure on stock turbo and engine is 36 lbs. Install a gauge just after the fuel pump. You could put a brass T in line and use the T Port for the gauge. Then remove gauge and install a NPT plug. Keep it in line for future use if needed. :thumbup
