Post by Mang »

Could anyone point me to the thread for this - working from my iPad and search appears very limited.

Are the 2 resistors shown on the diagram the correct rating (ohms/watts) for all set-ups or would there be different ones depending on other values, ie. Voltage & PSI or is that table derived from the resulting values when using the 2 said resistors. :? :popcorn

All the resistive bridge does is convert 7 to 5 volts.

In testing with a pump on the boost sensor in situ I could not make mine go over 5 volts. The PC does not like more than 5 volts.

It’s well tested by others and works.

If anyone wants a couple of the resistors, I bought some but got a few more than I really need. I guess this will only really be for the EU area but worldwide can be done.

With Mang's wonderful help, I have made a diagram to show how we believe the PC-V we have should be connected. Please note that there are numerous different versions, so it will NOT be the same for all.

If anyone thinks there can be a change or improvement to what I have done, please let me know. I am no expert so this has NOT been checked, tested or approved. Use only as a rough guide, we will not be held responsible for any harm/damage caused. How's that for a cop out?
