Youngblood - it installs nearly the same as the pc3. My pc5 was originally for a zx14 and the injector ins/outs were reversed so just pay attention when you get it.

How do you test the injector wires are the correct way if you connect them the wrong way round will it damage anything, I have 12 wires out of the PCV WY,WBL,WO,WG,BW,orange, blue, green, yellow, red, grey and black?

Looks good, although I don't know if the PCV will recognise the TPS - you'll have to check with the guys that have used this particular PC. Usual method is to wire the boost sensor to the grey throttle wire.

If you get the injector inputs/outputs wrong it won't hurt anything, it just won't work.

Reading Grumpy review on the subject it states that if you use firmware V0.1.4.0, and software version 1.0.3.2.this will allow you to reverse the voltage in the tps cal if you dont use the reset button so the PCV can be used correctly. Im just hoping he will confirm that then i will draw a new diagram and add the autotune? :D
