Bike is on the road

Starting very well and best idle , but when i put the throttle open very quick (about 1000 - 2000 rpm) than its like swallow ,it bounce.

Its to lean or to rich ?

Could be either.

In my opinion,a bog generally occurs when the mixture is a bit lean, but unlike carbs there isn't an accelerator pump ,to richen things up at first crack of the throttle.I would think if it was too rich it would flood it out and stall, but I could be wrong, best idea is to take it to the dyno and tune it there. I guess Lorcan was answering while I was writing. He's right.

Here's the situation I've got; when setting TP on the closed side the #'s are 30% when I draw suction it will go to 0%,I set that at 0 and it goes automatically to 24%,I have no problem with setting the 100% 30 lbs 100%, It won't go into the neg. numbers, and I'm reading 1.354 v at the gray wire.

The green light on the PC is now just below the 0 mark on the light column, where it previously was at the bottom of the light column.
It is running very rich at idle 10.9 on the wideband and leans out to13.2 at 4000 rpm's then richens as the boost comes on, it goes down to about 11.2. Any thoughts? I'm mostly concerned about the 24% throttle at idle, as I believe this is contributing to the richness.

It's not strictly necessary to set any vacuum at all. You can set 0% throttle (boost) to atmospheric pressure and you will still be able to make adjustments in the 0% column that will affect idle/deceleration/cruising, it's just that any vacuum will reference this column alone i.e. the PC won't differentiate between 1 and 3psi of vacuum (if that makes sense). In reality it's probably the simplest option.

I don't know exactly what has happened, I've got the throttle window down to 9% at idle, still way too rich 10.9 and as I give it throttle leans out completely-to the point of cutting out-(@ about 4000 rpm) don't know exactly as I turned around and rode back home. How do I lean out the Idle and rich en as I increase the throttle. the voltage readings from the resistors are 1.35 at idle and rise to 3.8 at 30 psi. I know I'm all over the place with this.
How far in the negative figures can I go? and does the fueling move from box to box or are they cumulative? Also you are saying as long as I'm off boost I'm operating in the first column,so I can correct my fueling there. Do the figures changed on the map become effective by writing them,or do they have to be sent? Basically I don't know s*^t about this,If you haven't already figured that out.

I don't know how to get it here,It's the one you displayed for kilervet , I thought it was your map but it is for the t-25 310cc injectors 810 kit.

Ok, you can go down to -50. Yes the fuelling moves from box to box depending on rpm and boost. Yes if you are not making any boost the PC will stay in the first column. You have to send the map, as you edit it on your computer, not "live".

Set the 0% throttle to atmospheric and 100% to 32psi and try again. No sucking on the pipe. Stock fuel pressure. 310cc injectors. Stock TPS setting. No race mode resistors.

I will see what I can do tomorrow,Thank-you for your help. My injectors are Lucas 30# D1720BA 315cc , T-25 garrett turbo, 810 wiseco kit, 1100 Tb's w/2" transfer pipe (no inter-cooler) The only resistors I have are the ones off of the boost sensor for the PC. stock fpr and tps hasn't been touched (internally) . I have a hard time learning, but once I've learned ,I know. :)

Here is what I have today; set PC to atmosphere 0% and 30-32 # 100%.
At idle wideband registers 10.9 I tried to lean it out by changing the #'s to -40 in the lower rpm boxes in collumn's 1&2 since it reads 2% in the throttle position window the duty cycle reads betwen 2&3 mostly 2,anyway as I accelerate (while riding)bringing the rpm's up to about 4000 rpm's the wideband numbers increase to about 15.3 before the boost begins to come on ,and as the boost comes on , the numbers begin to go down, I haven't held it open(too much traffic) but they reduce to about 11.2. should I richen the mixture in the 0% in the upper rpms, and if its running in the 2% collumn should I richen it there, and which collumn controls from 3% -5%?

You can now add your map as an attachment :D

11.2:1 is fine at moderate boost, as long as it's running fine and not misfiring.

If I remember rightly the lower columns are 0, 2, 5, 10%

The PC "interpolates" between these i.e. if you are on 3% throttle it will average between the 2 and 5% figure but make it nearer the 2% figure. So if 2% says -30 and 5% says -20 it will make the number -27 (ish). Make sense?

This is why it is important to watch for big steps in the map, especially at the top end as this can have unforeseen consequences...

You can still use your TPS to lean out the idle if it won't idle properly with PC adjustments alone.

Here's my T25 810cc map.

Lorcan, I believe your map file may not be compatible with the PC 3 usb, I've also learned that the PC3 usb goes from -99 to +100 so there may be different frames of reference with the same numbers (only speculating on that) I won't be "testing my changes" today, but if I know for sure that the powercommander is working properly,I'll save my $$ and take it snd have them tune it. I can see the value of a dyno for tunning, as there are a lot of things to consider at the same time, and it would be a lot easier if you don't have to watch where you are going. Most of my tuning at present needs to be done prior to boost coming on.With the slow steady increase of the throttle it goes lean,If I crank the throttle it richens quite rapidly as it should. I'll toy with it some more and see what I can do,
thanks for all the input,

Yup, i tried to load Lorcans powercommander map on my PC3 usb, it'll import it into the pc software and show the figures but wont send the map to the powercommander, even if you save it as a PC3 usb map file *.djm and try to send that instead. Having said that i have only attempted it a couple of times tonight. I didn't have the map file to try untill tonight i only had the figures from the table to manually input and they worked fine.
