Yeah I had to up the fuel pressure about 10 pounds after the 1st day. Seemed lean on my gauge and by the plugs. Seemed to sound normal afterwards. Still needs tweaking. Going to talk to the dyno guy this week see if we can modify the map a little.

What do you mean "pull the plug"?turbo_Rob wrote:From talking to him he 1st pull the plug so it would not make any boost. Mapped that then connected so it would start making boost and mapped that. He said the regulator that is 1 to 1 is doing a great job of adding fuel pressure along with boost. So not sure if he setup the boost table or not. I do know it fuels nicely across the board now. He did say normally it takes a while to do but this turned out to be simple compared to some of the 500hp turbo bikes and NO2 bikes he has done. I'll add the map soon as I can.
You should try to know everything about something & something about everything.
Re: PCV map for 370cc 810
from my understanding he said he pulled the hose from the regulator for boost. I was thinking if you did that it would still make boost based on spring pressure. I will find out more this week when I speak to him.

Re: PCV map for 370cc 810
After getting caught up on a few things and sorting out electrical issue. I have a engine temp fault that seems to be intermittent. This may have caused the issue with the bike running lean I'm not sure. I am posting two maps. Use at your own risk. One is the one I hand typed from Lorcan's table pic. The other is from my dyno day.
Dyno setup :
810cc, 370 RC injectors, 14 psi boost, 93 octane fuel, dyna grey coils, evergreen billet upgrade, ported header and collector, Grumpy larger transfer pipe, 1100cc TB, KN pod filter, larger fuel pump.
I did up the fuel pressure to get the A/F a lot fatter. If anyone has any question I will try to help , but I'm still learning the whole PCV thing myself.

Re: PCV map for 370cc 810
Is it a '.map' attachment file-type like Lorcan's Rob?
Re: PCV map for 370cc 810
It's a .pvm file. Do I need to change the file extension to .txt then who every downloads it can change the file extension back to .pvm ?

Hi Rob.
Was reading the PCV thread => http://www.750turbo.com/forum/viewtopic ... 6&start=30
Dusty at dynojet posted in 2010 and may have the quick filetype answer if he's still available.

"If you want to send me your PCV I can make the voltage work in reverse. you can email me at dusty@dynojet.com"
I have no idea whether .pvm can transition to another file-type extension like .map, .jpg or .txt.
If necessary, make a copy to protect the original before alteration attempts.
Lorc'll chime in. I'll keep you posted if researching pans out.

"You can add maps to any post now. Here's mine, although this was with a bigger turbo. Hope it works, it was from a serial port version, not USB."
Re: PCV map for 370cc 810
Hey Drick changing the file extension is what I have always done to get around emailing a. exe. They block the sending of executable files sometimes thinking it is a virus. So changing it to a. Txt or text file it will be overlooked by big brother. And yes I do have backups of all my maps so far. I was trying to figure out why I could not attached the file even when the site shows me the file and location I selected. Then click on add file and nothing is uploaded.

Re: PCV map for 370cc 810
I'm sure there's a simple solution but alternatively I can upload them to Google Drive or some other online storage and link to it .
Maybe we should make an online file to store all the maps like Dynojet does, a quick go-to

Ride 'em while you still can

Re: PCV map for 370cc 810
Sorry to hang on an old thread. I'm also setting up a PC5 with 370cc injectors, and I can't seem to load Lorcan's "turbo GT22 370cc injectors.map" by changing the suffix to .pvm or djm, if that was intended. Was an archive of shared .pvm files ever set up? Thanks very much.
