Injektor Parts

Post by Würstchens-Turbo 810 »

Hello friends,

I'm looking for the rubber parts for the fuel injectors:

4 x 92055-1082

4 x 92075-1240

Unfortunately, they are no longer available. Have any of you found alternatives?

The wide rubber part at the top isn't a seal, is it? It's just a spacer, right?

Regards, Horst

Hi Horst.

I am sure there are seals available that fit and will be new to buy. Maybe Charlie can help with some makes and part numbers. :popcorn

If not, this is listed on ebay in Dortmund, Germany and may help.I am sure the parts you need will be the same size as what is on these.

See if you can make a deal with the seller or sell the bits you do not need

some on U.S. ebay . Stupid money though. You should check with Charlie. They must get them cheaper as they must change them out when he gets injectors rebuilt.

The 92055 will need to be pretty accurate, as it goes into the T/B's. (I think) :popcorn
92075 not so critical, but I may be wrong. :?

If you have a spare injector lying about, you will be able to size them. :thumbup

I need 4 injectors for my build.
I would like Bosch, but any good working would do for a start.

Where in Europe can I get the correct plug and play injectors?
Around 300cc would be good.

Is there any producers that make straight out replaceable injectors?
Or is it possible to have some shipped to Denmark?

Kind regards

I have checked with the part numbers and producers, no luck on europe. Bosch do not have a replacement in production they said.

Do anybody know of it is possible to get new injectors in EU? I would like some asap, but can wait and have shipped from US if not able to get.

Where to buy new ones in the US? Ultimo June 2026.

Kind regards
