For starters... what year swinging arm??
The cons are... the original GPZ frame was not designed for it. You won't be able to use the hollow swingarm axle at the frame connection without modifying the frame. You will have to sleeve the larger axle area down to the size of the stock swingarm axle.
You will have to ensure you have adequate clearance for the chain to sprocket. You will need to ensure you can fit a decent shock and the stock linkage will still function.

Pros = 6" wheel, swingarm, brake rotor/caliper that's approximately 60lbs lighter & 10x stronger than stock. If you move to titanium hardware, GP level brake components, and a carbon wheel... add another 8-10lbs of weight loss to the equation.

Cons, a lot of work and a bit of luck to make it all fit and align up. My Gen 1 busa rear had to machine 10mm off rear sprocket carrier and do a offset front sprocket, then with a 190 tyre the chain only just missed it! I got lucky with the pivot point. the gpz sleeve went inside the busa sleeve perfect.
Pro's, its looks fkn shit hot!
The problem is not the problem, the problem is your attitude towards the problem.
