Re: Injectors needed in australia.
Why not have them flowed cleaned in AU?? There not available new and if you find used they will likely need to be cleaned and flowed also??
Good luck!

Re: Injectors needed in australia.
I have ultrasonically cleaned them and then used my little ancel injector tester to flush them, several times. ive removed the strainers and cleaned them as well.. I have the bike idling ok without the plenum fitted.. with just a little retardation on the tps.
The injectors seem to flow evenly at about 25psi on my tester, but they are definitely not atomising the fuel, it's a fine spray but not what i'd expect from a modern injector.
Do you think i'd get a better result having them professionally cleaned?
Thanks Charlie!

Re: Injectors needed in australia.
When you clean the injectors do it both ways reverse and forward, change the filters I have had zero problems since.

Re: Injectors needed in australia.
We are a RC Engeering distributor and have them do the injectors. The provide a before and after flow cc and stuck sticky normal water condition there in. Never had a bad set done by them About $160. for injectors new internals and flow tested matched.

Re: Injectors needed in australia.
Thanks for the information, I have since cleaned the 3 good ones I have again, in reverse.. so thanks for that idea, and alot of shit came out of them. But looking at the squirt pattern at like 30psi, it's not that great. Anyone have a picture of what the squirt pattern should look like?
I am waiting on 2 more injectors from europe, and mean while..
I have been using a 1100 injector to make up for the missing 750 one. Which flows at low pressure almost identical to the 750 ones.
The bike starts and runs quite unwell unless I rotate the TPS way past the screw limit.
Is this what I should expect without the intake system attached.. plenum and boost pipe etc.
Could my cam timing be out, as it backfires a bit through the throttle bodies?
I am making progress but any advice is good at this stage. Thanks everyone!

Bear in mind the NA settings DIFFER to the Turbo. Also bear in mind things like what is mentioned in Dirck's post about the Z6EX stamp; something about it being upside down and not as shown in the maunal.
