H pipe issue was obviously totally f'd up for some reason. That one is for sure.

Re: New silencers / mufflers
Good idea Fabio, using a known frame no issues might help clarify somewhat. Find it odd that not every set was off on the whole production run using jigs. Hopefully find the reason causing the fitment issue.

Re: New silencers / mufflers
Ive put mine next to a std orig one & cant see an issue with it. Ill still try it on the bike but it looks right.
You should try to know everything about something & something about everything.
Re: New silencers / mufflers
I’m just offering mine up to the bike replacing slightly tired original kit.
Looks like the H-pipe doesn’t fit with the turbo attachment plat clocked incorrectly so the pipe doesn’t fit snu against the engine oil pan. 20mm gap there.
I’m measuring it against the original H pipe and the differences are small.
First thing is to check the turbo install and make sure that’s ok.
I’ll check the silencers against the originals. It’s a shame as Malcom put so much effort into this and I’d prefer to work with him to fix it. He has a reputation for making very high quality kit. There has to be a sensible engineering solution.

It looks like I'm taking it to the small claims court, he has 7 days left to respond. I've already lodged a complaint at trading standards.

Re: New silencers / mufflers
Id like to know where this all went wrong. Malcolm was supposed to be a high quality provider then it all started to fall apart. I was in 2 minds originally to purchase a system at all & decided no to a full set & was still contemplating whether I would get just the H pipe when I recieved a E-mail saying it had been posted! I hadn't even paid for it! I did pay for it after it arrived & now I dont need it so if anyone wants one It's on E-bay or contact me. Ive put it alongside an original & it looks like I got a good one. If anyone wants to buy it I'll pull the pipe from my bike & offer it up just to be sure its a goodun,

Re: New silencers / mufflers
We'll probably never know as Malcom has given no explanation on the forum.
I suspect he did the development work but then subcontracted the fabrication and they've subsequently let him down with poor quality control.
I'm an engineer and amongst people I work with we've seen a notable change over the last 5 years that ourselves and suppliers are losing skilled staff and struggling to backfill them with adequately trained people, it's becoming more difficult to maintain standards that we previously took for granted.

Has all the problems been resolved by Malcom Cox regarding his exhaust systems it must be a year or so ago it all started to go wrong for some members.

Re: New silencers / mufflers
Well someone wanted to buy my pipe so I tried fitting it up & fck me the flange to turbo is rotated slightly! It's on Ebay & I will be changing the price & description now. It can be easily fixed. Needs the flange cutting off & a new one welded on. It fits everywhere else. Does $600 AUD sound reasonable?
