Schematic of 750 Turbo WITH DIMENSIONS

Post by Mang »

I need as above as we are racing in modified production so the tech inspectors may want to check the bike against original dimensions.

Can anyone point me to where I can find such a diagram - I searched yesterday and cant find anything.

Thanks

Not in the manual?
First to 200mph (2006) and still the fastest (211mph)
Quickest turbo-only 8.69 @ 162mph

Those are helpful documents.
Anyone have a performance map of the stock turbo?
That is actually what is needed in order to suss out the engine behaviour and any alternate ECU controller tuning efforts.

You mean a compressor map?

Looked for that map a few times..never found one. Hitachi seems to have kept this turbo secret for some reason. Maybe someone else has stumbled on one.

Yes Lorcan, a compressor map. Below is an example of the small Mitsubishi TD025 that I've been tinkering with. Small for a litre boxer engine but excellent response and very reasonable top end.
I actually sent a request to Mitsubishi years ago and got a response from one of there engineers with this - kind of surprised me but totally helpful in the planning department.
