It was a fun day and good to meet fellow forum members.
As Padd said we all struggled to launch well. I guess it's just practice and familiarity with the bike. In my case I hardly do any miles on mine, apart from yesterday's almost 500 mile round trip. When I had my first turbo in the 80's it was my only means of transport and a daily driver so I was well used to the speed and power. Yesterday the wheel spin and front lifting frightened me to death so on most of my launches I was having to shut off twice.
I don't know if it's just the view on my computer but I can only see half the timing screen shot. I would like to say that out off the three of us I had the highest terminal speed
Must've been a good day. Fell asleep as soon as I got home. Re-match at Shakey sometime, or would a northern event get more ?
Two other things I forgot, MikB, good to see you again but where was the Turbo ??
Mark, went to grab a drink before we left and saw the cash in my wallet for the K&N.... D'oh.
PM me your PayPal account and I'll whack some more over to you.
Any videos anyone? I forgot to take my camera.

Yeah, spotted Marks album on Facebook, Mark is a brilliant photographer and is worth an add on Facebook just to see what's going on at The Pod. Look up Mark Skinner.
He caught me a few times on Saturday but didn't get the other guys, don't know why there weren't that many bikes!
