Fork oil
Just about to rebuild my standard forks after putting in new seals and a new seal kit in the anti dive, any one like to enlighten me on the grade of fork oil.

Page 1-22 of the Turbo supplement says the following
Air pressure - 39-59kPa ; 0.4-0.6kg/cm2 ; 5.7-8.5psi
Oil Viscosity - SAE10W
Oil amount - 271 +- 4ml
Oil level - 176 +-2mm (compressed).
The measuring methods are posted and discussed somewhere.
