strip back the sleeve on the pc5 about 8" from the box the original harness is just a loop of the wires you need, forget about the harness you just want the wires coming out of the pc5

Think you need to strip back the sleeve covering the wires on the pv5 then only use the wires coming out of the pv5 not the harness

just tune by boost alone very complicated to tune by boost and tps

When it happened to mine injectors were not sticking spray pattern was shit and very little atomisation of the fuel, ok when cold and defiantly no good when hot and remember are bikes get very hot on the dyno
vinegar in ultrasonic bath will do the trick
not saying this is the same problem as yours ...
