If you follow the wire colors I listed earlier you should be good to go. Since this bike uses low impedence injectors the chance of burning up our drivers are very high unless your duty cycle is low. Using larger injectors helps to keep the drivers cool as the duty cycle will be much lower.
i think and hope thats the reason : If one guy used say a Hayabusa unit and another guy uses a ZX12 unit and they share maps they may not work properly as there is internal data to make sure that when you install a Powercommander on your bike with a zero map that the AFR is exactly the same as if the Powercommander was not installed. Just a heads up for you

I know i read your intall instrucions before i bought a PC and than i bought a PC for a ZX12 ,like you and i hoped that must be the right one ,but i have this shit one Double-wire more and i think this MUST be the cause that i dont found my power , because i dont have another idea
At my PCIIIusb ZX12R i put the output wires togehter to yellow original and i put also the input wires togehter to yellow original ..ia this my mistake why my PCIII not correct works , you know my problem
I don't know if it makes a difference, but I put all the outputs to the injectors separate, so if I wanted I could tune them individually. So each injector has it's own signal.
I've tried growing up, it just doesn't work for me, so I'll go on enjoying my childhood.

but i dont understand this because we dont have a specility wire for each Injector its only a splitted yellow wire to four.
Why its not allowed to put the outputs of the PCIII togehter to the yellow injector side ?? They are splitting before they go to the inj´s. is that not the same ?????
The high impedance circuitry in a PC designed to fire one injector at a time is different to that in the ECU, which is designed to fire them all together. With this in mind I think it's safer to wire the injectors separately than to bunch them all together and risk overloading a transistor in the PC or not supplying enough current to an injector. And at least we know this method works. Stick with what we know eh?
