Definitely not that Jez that vid was made before it was taken apart what your seeing is the dust cap which was sitting slightly proud all the rest was firmly in place

Oh yes, I see that now. 
If part number 44065-1051 - Bushing Front Fork is in place, then the issue would appear to be at the bottom.
Are these items " X1" all present & correct and in the correct place/orientation?
Is X- tightened up?
Is "R", the plasitc ring on the rod?

Just a few ideas/thoughts, other than that I have no idea.
