I recently had an issue where a new injector stuck open and filled my 4 cylinder with fuel until it ran out of the throttle body.
Is there a safety shut off for this kind of misadventure?
Please.

I tend to turn fuel tap off, only because I have a habit to do so from other bikes not from any issues with my turbo

I always turn the tap off. It's a habit as the last thing you want is a costly hydraulic lock in the combustion chamber. However, I'm surprised the injector leaked too.

I've had an aftermarket injector stick open due to crap inside from the manufacturing process, but not OEM.
