Just did a 550km trip. Small problem. Help wanted

Post by JonesDk »

I was on a long trip, driving through the country, home 0130pm.
Fantastic trip , also doing night Driving in fantastic weather, over the ( when build , worlds longest floating bridge ) stars above.. big ships with navigation light's on 200feet below. Awesome! Incredible actually!

But. 4 times doing my trip , the red " warning" light flashed briefly.

Not at either acceleration or braking. Random short red flash.

What can trigger this indicator? Oil, side stand, fuel?? Others triggers?
I wasn't out of fuel or anything.

Kind regards
Jonas

Which of the indicators below the fuel gauge is lit?
If none of them are lit and the red light only occasionally flashes briefly, I suspect there may be too little battery fluid in the battery.

I had a bad contact or dirty level contacts on the sender in the petrol tank which sometimes would show incorrect level. Even on half, the light would flash. I cleaned the contacts which seems to have improved/resolved the issue. :popcorn

Thanks for the reply.
It's the Warning indicator, right side indicator under the key.
I will work on her and check the mentioned in the weekend.

Thanks!
