Morning everyone!
Getting close to wrapping up 810 build and need help with couple items
1-what pingle petcock and return valve are people running?
2-I'm using a K&N filter directly on the turbo, what are people using for a crankcase breather since I won't have it vent to the airbox housing.
Thank you!
Need some help on pingle parts and case breather

The KN R1080 filter works
The vent line, this is very sensative to pressure suggest you find a pre bent line that has some 90s in it and run towards chain side up frame high and leave open. Even a filter on the line creates pressure in crankcase with out the turbocharger evacuating the pressue thru the line in air box. If you run a filter you may see some smoking or light oil leakage thru turbocharger while running.
Pingle I used a 3/8 single tap with adaptor plate. No reserve full flowing on my bike but there are options.

Re: Need some help on pingle parts and case breather
Maybe some one can post a pic of a vent line they fabricated out of a pre bent .500 line
I picked thru the auto parts pre bent .500 lines with a idea of how bends needed to run from top of engine towards back of frame up into the wheel area have draft help under speed evacuate. Worked great on mine and few others made them for. Leave end open no filter. Less restriction. Venting of the engine crankcase has to overcome atmospheric pressure and with no vacuum pull from air box best let it breath open.
