You can get most of them here https://www.partzilla.com/catalog/kawas ... er-oil-pan

Think the only one not available is the sub pan o ring . Theres a few ways some members glue o rings together from kits . George w found some somewhere a few years back . Im sure he will be along shortly with that info

I used that list to identify what's NOT available. Since I'm certainly not the first to do this I wanted to know what other folks are doing.

Can you be more specific as to which orings your finding are unavailable?

As far as i can tell , the subpan oring and the main oilpan gasket are the only ones not available through Kawasaki but a comparable size oring is available from many different suppliers for under a buck a pc for the subpan and Mang is generously organizing a group buy for the main pan gasket as we speak .

I thought there were 2 but I guess it is only the Sub Pan O- Ring 92055-1211. Ok, so what are we using instead and where do I get it? My search skills are weak.

Will try to dig out a sub pan and go match up a O Ring at my local hydra shop. I have used a Toyota CT20 Comp Cover O Ring. Size is correct but its larger in diameter. Sealed excellent but really need to have proper thickness.

Gonna find the sub pan today and will get down one day this week..hopefully Tuesday a.m. Buried here in work and working today again. When I get this sorted I may just buy 25 of each O Ring and stock them for others when needed. :thumbup

A fair few have made them ok, done a couple at least without a drip.
Viton o ring splice kits are the best but not cheap.
