Hi, Yes the surge tank covers are on the menu when I get time as its a complicated profile to do on solidworks. I also have the toolbox but having trouble printing this, not sure if the model needs adjusting or there's an error in the print software.

Battery cover is now prototype printing, I have copied an OEM one but can't test fit on my bike, so fingers crossed its as perfect as I can get it.

Got another one for you Adrian. Just under the battery cover are 2 rubber dampers, 92075-078. Can you print those?

These 2 dampers are fitted to the tank support bracket & locate on the 2 bosses on top of the battery cover, yes I can print these but I need some dimensions to work from as I don't have an OEM to copy from.

Just done an initial drawing for those dampers BUT I need the distance between the bottom of the tank bracket & the battery your using +1mm for clamping (YB14-LA2 ?) then all I have to do is adjust the thickness then I'm ready to print the prototype version.

Adrian

Thanks for the info guys, I can now go ahead & setup a printer profile for this product!

I'm learning solidworks with some of these parts & I like helping people with the same interest in keeping these rare beasts alive.

The surge tank covers will be a test/learning curve as no part of them is a solid straight/flat bit to work from. When I get round to printing these I will leave the finishing up to the buyer as I'm not a bodywork/painter, this will also mean I can do them cheaper.

Thanks
Adrian
