Funds and pm sent. Thank you Adrian .

Not to hijack this thread but just to offer another part worth considering to remake if its possible. Part number 92075-1447 . Its the rubber damper that goes into the fuel tank hold down .
I recently reproduced the steel portion but was unable to offer the rubber that belongs with it . I would be eager to send my original to copy if you need one to go by

Just a suggestion. :thumbup

Hi,
Just a quick update on tank rubbers, here is the 1st prototype actual printed item which will be going to my test guinea pig to try out before being offered for sale.

I'll create a new thread for this & looking at £6 each as the material itself is quite expensive.

Adrian

Something that needs some more work on the printer profile side & hopefully will be available after temp testing & an independent fitment test. A couple of weeks & this should be available.

As with the tank rubbers the OEM is on the right & 3D printed on the left.

Do you anticipate this coupler holding up to the pressure? i'd be a little worried in particular on that one due to the nature of 3'd printing. Might have missed it before, but is it a FDM or an SLA process that you are using for this?

I've gotten rubber bits for my bike made by someone who made a mold on a 3d printer and then used a special rubber thing that they then poured in the mold.

You should do the bits for mounting the computer as well!

Is it possible to get surge tank dampers when the fuel tank dampers are ready? for those of us that missed the first shipment.

Thanks!
