Thanks!

Hi, I have some tank dampers & surge tank dampers already printed, if I don't have any left I will just print to order, there really is no restriction on shipments. Just ask.
How many sets do you require?

Thanks, Once I use up all previously printed parts I will be able to improve the finish of the damper parts from experience over the last year & continuous printer mods. Looking at surge tank covers in PETG (basically a better material along the lines of ABS), I also have XTC-3D resin to finish printed items which can be sand & painted, did classic mini door rubber trims that came out 'perfect' but took a weekend to do thou.

If anybody does request items please supply a drawing or dimensions for me to work from as I will only remove/copy items off my own bike which are easy to get at (I wont strip my restored bike to get to parts).

Hi, I have been busy with other projects including designing planetary gearboxes for better prints & haven't forgotten about these covers but thay have taken a back seat for the moment. When I do copy one of my OEM covers I will need an external tester to try them out (I will put them on my bike to test anyway), issues I have thought about are strength & design of the lugs as these are a weak point, also I am going to have outside skin & no inside skin showing infill pattern etc. Do I supply "as printed" & let the customer prime & paint or do I prep, prime & satin paint at more cost? All need to be considered as its made out of plastic.
I should be able to come up with something this Xmas thou. When I have a prototype done I will post on the 3d printed parts page I have setup for my parts.

Regards,
Adrian

Hi Charlie, I wasn't sure how well they were doing in the field.
I can print however many you require, I still have a few from the last batch available. Let me know numbers.
