New 750T silencers possibility for manufacture

Maybe if there is enough genuine interest and looks worthwhile I will send Malc a good H pipe - not to cut up !
I have no idea on how much it would cost but I had a look at one yesterday and they are a lot of work and have to be dimensionally spot on with 5 points of contact being turbo, 2 fitting bolts and 2 silencers - with some tricky bends - at least it may not need to be finished / dressed to the same std as a silencer

Ok anyone looking fo H pipes Email Malcolm, I will send him some pics tomorrow, he will need one to copy from which I can give him , what’s the big problem with H pipes ? Corrosion ?

that and the fact they are too small in diameter so a bit restrictive.
especially when switching to race mode.
lots of folks replaced them with any number of less restrictive options from open dumps to replacement single silencer pipes like harris and predator etc.
many obviously then chucked perfectly good h pipes away ,kawasaki stopped making them and so there is a healthy resto market.

and the boys in blue took a dim view of me draining the beer can prior to tying it around the pipes when they whinged about the noise!

So does anyone know why USA exhausts has bigger holes and as I understand they couldn’t enable race mode ? I only read that somewhere recently but I did notice the USA Ecu is a different part number on the ecu

Maybe something to do with noise restrictions ? No problems enabling race mode .


No idea really why are silencers are different .

Thank you Will, at least the members signed up for updates will understand all the work involved in the design and
manufacture of the silencers and "h" pipe.........

We will continue until all is manufactured and supplied to those who want them..!!!
