Afternoon anyone ever taken one of these to bits this one is stuck closed!

Probably due to the mass of rust in the tank :?
best suggestion for getting that out as well please

Would putting it in an ultrasonic cleaner with a carb cleaning solution work? Other solutions available. :thumbup

Put a drill bit or punch in the end and tap the piston out . It will pop right out without much effort .Be careful there's a spring in there .Don't lose it . Clean it up and change out the o ring and pop it back together . If you do a search theres pics on here somewhere .

All taken apart cleaned and a new "O" ring, back together and all working a treat
