It does not matter for the mould but we agreed on black 2k finish to give Lorcan back a decent base colour, waiting for a reply on why and will get it sorted.
Mould wise they can press ahead now.

I had a few things in mind when I sent my frame to John. The short neck was one, to minimize the frontal area. He shortened it by around 3", from the top down, and braced the shorter neck which will need a shorter stem. He also lowered the seat rails, as the one piece body sits on these, so this is the determining factor in getting the rider's weight lower. With both these things done, and the real fuel tank moved to under the seat, the whole body can be slid around 4" further forward (compared to how I had it on my 1999 bike) again for better weight distribution. To do this though, the front of the dummy tank needs to be cut shorter.

I also got John to cut and plate the inside of the chain run on the left side of the frame for more clearance, so I can run any 180/190/200 tyre I like without clearance issues.

Original body kit now finished with - Lorcan I will chat with Jeff on getting it cleaned up and back to you with a copy.

Mould made, clever stuff really, bit of skill and quite labour intensive.. akin to posting pics on this site...

Looking splendid chaps! I think I still have a decal file somewhere if I haven't already shared it.
