Thanks chaps. Pretty happy with the way the bike came out, considering the budget. Just waiting for another dry spell so I can do another ride to see if the replacement battery does better.

Very nice. What did you paint the silencers with. I have a spare set I want to do.

Well that link doesn't help because as far as I can tell they don't have a product called gloss and satin.
So I think you've used s combo of gloss and satin paints in some manner. ??

Well, I finally decided to get a new tyre fitted.

Should do a great job replacing the 3900 tyre that was on the bike.
