While waiting for the fairings to come from the bodyshop, decided to spend time on engraving the left engine decal. Decided to leave it black, not red lettering like the original.

Cowlings are waiting for the Candy Forest Green Pigment to arrive from England.
This is a silver metallic that is a base over which goes Pearl Green.

Now comes the painting of the stripes. We are going to paint them and not use decals.

Paint looks very nice, this build is going at a pace. Not sure if you have sorted the design for the chain guard, a simple approach is the ZXR400 guard

I have attached a photo of mine, you only need to add / weld a front lug o e swing arm ....its an idea

Thanks guys!
I ended up ordering a black CNC Aluminium Chainguard for KTM Duke (From Aliexpress 18$ including shipping), which has almost exactly the same mount points, just need to redrill one mounting point. Can't beat Chinese guys with prices
They now often include measurements between mounting holes so it comes handy for us with Projects to figure out what fits you.

While I'm waiting for the new tires to be mounted on the rims, decided to polish footpegs which makes rear end also complete.

I am missing both sidecover rubbers between the tank and the sidecover. Does somebody maybe has some spare ones to sell? (Used is ok, no need for new ones).
I checked the parts diagram they are the same for Turbo and N/A model, wearing part number 92075-1445 .
