Front & Rear Sprocket Alignment
Re: Front & Rear Sprocket Alignment
Thanks again Charlie. The wheel, cush drives & sprocket carrier are all GSXR600 K3 as far as I'm aware. Wheel & cush drive came from the same seller who was breaking his bike for parts & the sprocket/carrier was listed as GSXR600 K3. I'll sort it. Many thanks for the heads-up on the gearing/530

Here is a clear picture of the cush drive you need. Mine was a TL1000 of a 2000 application. Hope this helps visually.
Remove 6mm off the gear face and done.

Cheers for the pic Charlie, unfortunately that's the 6 chamber type and my wheel is a GSXR600 5 chamber cush drive type and it won't fit. Wondering if I've bought a non compatible wheel if this is what I've got to use....

Re: Front & Rear Sprocket Alignment
That may be the issue. I bought the complete wheel setup so came with correct cush drive. Did some research looks like the 5 pad cush is the thin design and the 6 is the tall design needed to machine the gear face. Hope that helps. Means you will have to get the other rim design.

Cheers Charlie, yes Its kinda looking that way isn't it. Typically, I paid more for a really nice set of almost unmarked GSXR600 wheels
