Yep, I know, all good :thumbup . Just embarrassed it has taken me so long! Btw, the only minerals collected on that bike was fossilised ( and sometimes not) sheeps**t, which now I think about it, looks a bit like that.

George from Greece very different HT10 Turbo using only the Turbine Housing & Waste Gate Actuator. Using a K-16 Turbine Wheel, K-14 Bearing Housing & Seal Plate Comp Cover.
The Setup is really pretty good for bigger HP motors as the Turbine Wheel is bigger for more flow. The issue was leaking oil. After inspecting the Turbine Housing was not machined right for the Heat Shield depth and was loose rattling around inside not sealing the exhaust pulse to the flange. So the Heat Shield would touch bottom of Turbine Wheel get it in all kind of harmonics causing oiling issues. Machined the Heat Shield open to lay deep in pilot for cartridge and made a spacer ring to seal it up tight.
Then did the upgrading with Billet Compressor same one used on the HT10s. Waste gate only had on bolt on the cover holding it in place and it flexed easily so made a compression clamp to reach over the other end to lock it down hard.

Also doing the check valve lines when rebuilding turbo's.
