Weird. I'm also using Chrome on Android and not seeing it. Tried clearing the cache?

Set your phone to the correct frequency. 60Hz, not 50Hz. Causes all sort of issues.

I thought it was supposed to be 120hz

I will play around with it when I get a chance. It really doesn't bother me, it's like a mix of the old and new. Black & Red and newer Kawi Green

It may just straighten up on it's own one day.
