Maybe do a quick compression test to prove timing is indeed correct?
Then onto spark,
Id forget the fuel system for now, syringe a bit of fuel down the spark plug holes, and see if she'll fire.

OK, drags on again so here we go. Checked for boost leaks and found some more, Tightened up a silicon joiner and watched my boost gauge climb by 2 psi, that's with only 10psi going in at the turbo. Found leaks where the rubber intakes attach to the head, Ive ported the intakes there's not a lot left...

While we on the spark plug route,

I've found issues on bikes where I start the bike in total darkness to find the big blue spark jumping where is shouldn't.
Black tape across all the light sources, and rev the shit out of it.

Just thinking outside the box.
