long and 3 short

I dont know what mode its in ,how can i see if its in race mode? .
i have a new return valve ,new fuel filter.
yesterday it started to smoke ,same as before i put in the checkvalve.

My E1 runs to rich ,the sparkpluggs are very black and a little bit wet.
i have Ngk BR 9 Eix pluggs . I have had the injectors cleaned and checked in a flow bench .i have also synchronized them. i also have bought the valve from Charlie at Evergreen .
So may questions are ,adjust throttle ...

I fitted checkvalve today and fired up the beauty and all good smoked a little bit but i thought that i would be ok when i drive it for a while when spring is over me .
When i came back after a while it was oil on the floor .
What can be wrong ?
Seems like it comes from the hose
