Re: Wanted To Buy See Pic
There are probably igniters from a couple of models that will do if you cannot sort yours, normal gpz750 springs to mind but dont discount gpz600r or even gpz900 & gpz1100

Exhaust cam first, then inlet, don't get too wound up over exactly lining marks to cylinder head it's the pin count that's important

Re: Wetting plugs and poor idle....
Jez will be correct over the relief valve if it sticks it will increase pressure & fuelling, not sure why the injectors didnt fit the cleaning rig? seems odd to me & they could be bigger than the normal 240cc as standard so if you have spares try them

Re: Wetting plugs and poor idle....
plugs too cold use 8's whilst its on the stand, its not producing boost so no chance of damage (IMHO) when you had injectors cleaned did you have them flowed/cc'ed & are they standard?
good luck

Re: Feels like a misfire or surge at 3500rpm when off throttle cruising
the fuel regulator is a turbo 1:1 type? I think it should be increasing pressure as boost goes up & from what you say it seems a little static, the stuff turboguy says is all good however the earth by the coils is a sham it runs up into the right side of the fairing & finishes as a empty plug next ...

Re: BATTERY PROBLEMS
turns out he's shorted it thru the metal tank strap, (facebook) I think he's probably killed a cell in the battery & was probably lucky not to have a fire , I said he should use a battery cover & ensure the tank damper is fitted correctly to keep strap away from terminals
