Unfortuneatley I cannot make this item as I have no CAD model to print from & is too large, even in halves, to print on my large machine.

Whenever I have my turbo the road, I get insurance through carole nash & they send me forms to fill out to send to VJMC for agreed valuation. I end up sending pics taken over long period of time, mag. articles its been featured in, any receipts or other documentation to justfy the value.

I would take the plug out & rotate to align TDC @ no1 then look through plug hole to see if any valves are open with a torch, its a little awkward to do thou.

So after 1 week of warm weather & the 1 piece nylon sight glass filled with dot 4 brake fluid, I found it did not leak out :victory . Even though this nylon looks white in appearance it does show a liquid level as the brake fluid itself was golden in colour. I think the 1 piece is the safest opt...

I've sent an email to taulman3d who manufacture alot of the materials I use & heres the reply. "DOT 4 brake fluid is not a problem for Alloy 910 or PCTPE. The main issue is 3D Printing "water tight" so no leaks occur. Most use a higher " flow" of 1.1 and slightly higher ...
