Re: Rear master cylinder seal kit needed

Hi Simon, I have just "fixed" that problem.
Get onto fleabay and order a rear brake master cylinder for a Kawasaki Ninja EX650, Identical and bolts straight in!

Re: Selling my bike and spares stash

Good luck with the sale Kevin.
I hope you have had many years of enjoyment from your turbo bike.
I guess many of us will get to the point in life where its time to move on, sadly.
Best of luck for the future mate.

Re: Swinging arm swap rp imfo needed

Cons, a lot of work and a bit of luck to make it all fit and align up. My Gen 1 busa rear had to machine 10mm off rear sprocket carrier and do a offset front sprocket, then with a 190 tyre the chain only just missed it! I got lucky with the pivot point. the gpz sleeve went inside the busa sleeve ...

Engine cleaning and inspection.
Bottom end seems all good, so a good tidy up, bit of paint, and back into the frame!

Re: Idle / Fast Idle issue

I found a sneaky little gremlin on my 85, was chasing bad idle for a long time, popping and farting not wanting to rev out.
Ended up being the little hose from the plenum to the boost sensor had cracked and was leaking.
Such a little thing made it run like a bag of sh1t.

Re: Double Trouble!

More pics from when bike was advertised, yes it had a 16 inch front wheel and forks from the later model.
More bits back from powder coater, head and barrels back from machine shop.
Now just have to order new valves as it had been pretty hot and some valves are buggered.
