Can you put them onto the bike (as best as you can) and take some measurements & add a few photos, that way the issue may be spotted or figured out. Yep, same manual. You saw page 2-9 I used page 1-22 My manuals have the same typo. :roll: I used a length of 8mm aluminium rod with some masking tape wrapped around it at the 177mm mark. Then poured in the oil and the last few drops were added until I got oil on the bottom of the rod. Had no issues....
