Re: New to the group (and to this bike) with an electrical problem

Hi Chris welcome to the gang. :thumbup The way I see it is there is no warning light flashing up near the clocks. There is something wrong with the wiring on a few things. As you also point out, the neutral light as well. :? Haul out the starter motor & give it a bench test. If that works, the p...

Re: Starter motor

Here is what I mean about different connection points. I do not know what bikes these are from, but other than the connection point causing issues with the cover, they could all physically fit in the bike. :popcorn :? I have only bought Turbo parts, never knowingly bought non-Turbo unless I know it ...

Re: Starter motor

Re: Turbo mounting bolts

NOTE. The part number is meant to be 92001-1512 and not the number I originally put in. Corrected now. https://www.partzilla.com/product/kawasaki/92001-1512 With a suitable washer it should do the job. Otherwise, as Charlie has suggested, buy a shoulder bolt which are readily available. Just ensure ...

Re: Turbo mounting bolts

This is the bit you are looking for. Looks to be standard M6 with an 8mm long shaft (19mm) and a large, chamfered "washer" (24mm dia.) attached to it. Overall 42mm long. Screenshot 2024-06-02 070522.jpg Screenshot 2024-06-02 070556.jpg . Screenshot 2024-06-02 071944.jpg Check the brake or ...

The fuel filter should be available still from Kawasaki, the hose is a difficult item to find. :thumbup

Re: Warning Light Functionality Question

:cop You need to be careful. :? Unless I misunderstood what you did, you are mixing up 2 different things. There is a MAIN wiring loom and a DFI wiring harness/loom. They both have a green white.
